Ability to Obtain a Secret ClearanceJob Description:
Serves as a System Deployment Analyst and assistant to theDeployment Manager within the Lifecycle Logistics Section. The Deployment Analyst is a subject matterexpert for the fielded product and mission support. The position requires the ability tocoordinate the analysis, acquisition, implementation, installation, fieldingand training of a system for deployment of each release into the productionenvironment. The Deployment Analyst is responsible for assisting the DeploymentManager with the development and delivery of the Deployment Plan, whileensuring the plan includes all requirements as outline within theImplementation Plan, Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and the DeploymentManagement Plan.Responsibilities:

- Leadsthe Deployment Team in absence of the Deployment Manager and provides trainingto the team as required
- Assistthe Deployment Manager, Program and Lifecycle Logistics Managers and the ILSand CM Leads in the planning of each release and delivering required CDRLs
- Createand maintain checklists to support each deployment and implementation activity
- Responsiblefor assisting the Deployment Manager with the development and delivery of theDeployment Plan, ensuring the plan includes all requirements outline within theIPPS-A Implementation Plan, Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and theDeployment Management Plan
- Ensureeach release meets customer operational and functional requirements
- Provideproduction and development support for incrementally deployed releases andfuture release deployments to include a development environment for patches andfixes
- Ensuresrelease controls are documented and well understood by development Teams andProgram Support Teams
- Assiststhe Deployment Manager with the coordination of and ensuring that allsanctioned communications to all stakeholders have been properly prepared,reviewed, and executed
- Assistwith the planning, migration and sustainment of Increment I to DISA
- Ensuresthe architecture and associated infrastructure on which applications aredeployed are robust and stable
- Providessupport to ensure the program meets all key performance parameters and achievesall established organizational objectives
- Interfacewith Government and other stakeholder customers and represent CACI in projectmeetings
- Contributeto the continuous improvement of the business area's Program Management OfficeRequired Skills:

- Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent
- Musthave demonstrated training and experience with PeopleSoft
- Musthave a minimum of 5 years' experience deploying large scale ERP systems,programs and/or software
- Musthave previous Army Active Duty Military experience or experience working withArmy Active Duty units within the areas of Army Human Resource and/or PayOperations
- Demonstratedsuccess at assisting in the management of, or managing integrated teams ofcomplex technologies and processes
- Mustpossess the ability to lead, and delegate responsibility, tasks and authority
- Strongverbal and written communications skills
- Strongorganization and time management skills
- Stronginterpersonal skills
- Experiencewith Integrated Management Schedules
- Mustbe familiar with Army Human Resource Operations Field Manual (FM) 1-0 andFinancial Management Operations FM 1-06
- Mustbe familiar with DoD and Army Acquisition Policies (DoDD 5000.01 and DoDI5000.02)
- 5years of experience deploying large scale ERP Systems
