This person will be involved in research, design, implementation, and support IT communications infrastructure. They should have experience in IT systems with a focus on voice technologies. Maintain a high degree of awareness about emerging technologies and advise IT management on technical solutions. Provide expert advice and engineer repeatable processes relating to deployment, support and maintenance. This could include some project management of internal projects.
* Associate's Degree
* Minimum 7 years of IT experience
* Minimum 5 Years of experience supporting complex environments as well as multiple infrastructure systems or operating systems.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Knowledge of enterprise environments and ability to engineer solutions to include but not limited to: Operating Systems, Desktop Operating Systems, Virtualization, Directory Services, E-mail, Disaster Recovery, Security, Antivirus, Storage Management, Print Management, Hardware Management, Mobile Device Management, Application Deployment, PKI, and DNS Ability to understand complex systems and IT protocols.
* Ability to constantly adapt, learn and support new technologies.
