Qualifications: Information Technology seeks to hire a dedicated professional who is committed to exemplary customer service. A bachelor s degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Math, Sciences, Business or a related discipline. The successful candidate must possess excellent project management, leadership, technical writing and oral communication skills. This individual must demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment, manage multiple complex projects, render sound business decisions and represent the organization at customer and vendor meetings. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. A minimum of three years experience leading a technical team that supports the Oracle E Business Suite is required. The candidate must have experience and skills in most of the following: Management * Leading multiple technical teams, each consisting of at least 2 team members * Scheduling team members for 24 by 7 support * Performing employee reviews, recommending training and mentoring * Ability to create and manage to complex project plans * Conduct technical design reviews in areas such as Oracle e-Business Suite enhancements and upgrades, Oracle middleware upgrades, server specifications and vendor proposals * Conduct quality control reviews of technical documentation such as customized installation guides procedures that cover code migration, cloning, backup/restore, disaster recovery and security patching. * Championing process changes to improve support * Participated in hiring contractors or employees to support critical systems. * Organize system outages in order to enhance the system or maintains * Work with Oracle support management to resolve complex or critical production issues * Reviewing and adheres to Oracle and other vendor licensing terms * Participated in cross functional teams or corporate initiatives. Technical * A minimum of 5 years of hands on experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12/11i. This involves installation, configuration, maintenance troubleshooting and support. * A minimum of 5 years Oracle DBA experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Databases including 10g/11g/12c * Must have hands on experience on Oracle SOA suite 10g/11g for installation and configuration * A minimum of 2 years experience in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 10g/11g on Linux platform preferably ExaData and ExaLogic * Hands on experience on Oracle EBS shared application file systems, DR solutions like 10g/11g Data Guard * Proficient in all aspects of "system administration" functionality within Oracle E-Business Suite * Hands on experience with applications/tech stack/database upgrades, cloning, patching, and backups/recovery * Good understanding of storage, network, server technology, operating systems for optimal application performance is required * Hands on experience in installation and configuration of Oracle Identity Management Infrastructure, Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Single Sign On (SSO) * Hands on experience on integration of Oracle OAM/SSO with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is required * Experience in supporting Development and Production environments. This includes responding to performance issues, problem diagnosis and resolution. * Ability and willingness to increase your technical knowledge to include applications such as Oracle BI, Kofax or Enterprise Performance Management (Hyperion)

* Knowledge of Dell s Stat for code migration * Oracle Governance and Risk Control * Oracle Imaging processing and management * Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Suite (formerly Hyperion Planning, Financial Management and Essbase) * Application Integration Architecture (AIA)

Responsibilities: Lead a team of three to six employees and contractors to support the company s Finance and Supply Chain ERP. This team is responsible for Oracle EBS, OAM/SSO, IPM, WebLogic and GRC. The team utilizes GRID for system monitoring and support. It also works with other teams to schedule batch jobs using UC4 from Automic. Lead a team of two Application DBAs to support the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Suite. This includes Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Work Force Planning and Hyperion Strategic Forecasting. These teams respond to requests from the Application Developers team (10 to 12 members), the Business Analysis Team (12 to 20 members) and various other technical teams. Work closely with the Infrastructure Service team to configure servers, storage, network components and support and perform database and application clones, refresh and trouble shoot performance issues. Work with the Enterprise Integration Environment team to ensure that all interfaces operate as expected and respond to interface additions and changes. Create project plans, set priorities, and provide management reports on status, technical options, risks and issues. These projects cover a wide range of technical areas that include: System upgrades to conform to vendor product roadmaps Security management and audits Change management (code, configurations, and clones) and audits Work with management to enhance the skills and capabilities of the teams. The Team Lead acts as a mentor, who will recommend training, guidance and implement corrective measure as needed. As the team changes, the Lead will also participate in recruiting new members. Participate in on-call support 24X7.

Ensures implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensures that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.

Must have a valid driver's license and be able and willing to travel within the Company service territory, as needed. Must be able to participate in the Company's emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
