Job Description
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and co-facilitating Manufacturing Team(s) of employees through the stages of team development in a high-empowered workforce. Assists team leaders/managers with coaching Starpoints to perform tasks from the Starpoint guide to assist in executing the teamo™s responsibilities. The Team Leader also has the responsibility for some of the various steps within the manufacturing process which includes:
receiving, receiving inspection, material deployment and packaging etc. Required Skills
- Associates degree with two (2) years of management experience in manufacturing/distribution environment
- Candidate without Associates degree must have a minimum of four (4) years of management experience in manufacturing/distribution environment
- LEAN and Six Sigma experience preferred
- Must complete Technical/Professional Knowledge Development by attaining Quality Level I skill block
