Well known Company in West Los Angeles is looking for a Technical Program/Project Manager- IT Manager, Development. Looking for a strong technical leader to drive multiple strategic initiatives to reinvent replacing the customer facing websites and realize the vision of enhancing guests' experience. This position involves regular communication with C-level senior management on progress, risks and change control. Ability to lead extended cross-discipline virtual teams as well as project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated leader/manager with superior analytical and development abilities across a global product base. This opportunity requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Create and maintain the Shoreside Applications tools and feature roadmap for improving efficiency and manage prioritization and tradeoffs against customer experience; Ability to deliver initiatives from concept through completion; Work closely with engineering teams and user interface designers to define detailed product requirements; Measure and analyze existing platforms and competitors for opportunities to innovate, improve tool user engagement and increase adoption; Establish business and adoption metrics and indicators for success, to Shoreside Applications Tools mission and goals. Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills; Proven leadership experience directing a team of experienced Developers; 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry; 7+ years .net framework development experience; Extended experience with C#, MVC, Web Services, WCF, Javascript, JQuery, XML and (VB.Net a plus); Understanding of Object Oriented and Service Oriented concepts; Strong UI skills - CSS, Responsive design, Bootstrap is a plus; Proven experience using SQL Server and T-SQL with an ability to write stored procedures, user defined functions and SQL queries. Experience designing or architecting large-scale web / e-commerce applications; Experience with data modeling and/or developing and working with re-usable frameworks; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent); Solid understanding of object-oriented design; Knowledge of XML and Crystal reports; A first-hand working knowledge of current web technologies; Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and Atlassian tool suites.
