JOB DESCRIPTIONWe seek a dynamic, energetic staffing sales professional to join our growing office. We seek 2+ years of experience with IT staffing both contract and perm. We offer a base plus commission and the chance for unlimited growth.
?Hunt, establish and nurture relationships with IT decision makers across various potential private sector client base
?Mining external and internal prospect databases, and selling staffing solutions.
?Providing the firm?s recruiting team with concise documentation and quantification of hiring managers? active requirements.
?Actively coordinating the sales cycle; from RFPs to contract negotiation to recruitment, placement and consultant onboarding
?Participating in Marketing / Public Relations related activities
?Interact with technical recruiters
