The Technology Management Program at UC Santa Barbara seeks applications for Specialist positions throughout the 2016-2017 academic year. Positions can range from Junior Specialist through Specialist based on qualifications and funding availability.

Minimum qualification is having a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Additional qualifications include M.A./M.S. for Assistant and Associate Level, or Ph.D. for Full Specialist or equivalent experience, and having experience conducting research in Organizational Behavior topics. Preferred Qualifications include having research experience in strategic management desired. Preference will be given to applicants with research interests in groups/teams, socially-shared cognition, or collective innovation. Successful candidates will demonstrate competencies indicating that they will be able to enable, plan, or execute research alongside TMP faculty. Appointments will range depending on Specialist level, duration, percentage time and salary will vary with qualifications and funding availability.
