JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Customer Service Representative
Superior Group is currently assisting our client, located in Newark, NJ in recruitment of Customer Service Representatives. Pay rate is $11.00 per hour.
The person in this position will:
Package batched tags as assigned by accurately matching assigned tags to correct customer for mailing
Prepare tag kits, test and program new tags as well as complete processing of returned tags
Clean tags, create stragglers for re-issue and batch straggler tags into Vector as assigned
Maintain accurate E-ZPass physical tag inventory and tag inventory records
Duties may require some bending, sitting for long periods, pushing carts with tags and lifting up to 50 LBS
Perform other various functions within the Department as needed
Follow all policy and procedures, and meet performance and production standards
Report to a Team Leader / Supervisor
Schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flexibility needed with scheduling to accommodate overtime during some evenings and some Saturdays
Must have no prior obligations that present major conflicts with committing to a 4 – 5 month project schedule
**Position does not require cold calling/outbound calls, telemarketing, etc. This is strictly an inbound call center.
Employment offers will be contingent upon successful drug testing and background investigation results.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 3 years experience speaking, reading and writing.
1 year MS Word and Excel or other Word Processing/Database
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Prior Call Center Experience
Strong Verbal Communication skills
Bilingual Spanish a plus
