* Northrop Grumman Aerospace Sector is seeking a Sourcer Level 4 who will responsible for using their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions and pipeline\. This individual will work closely with client\-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need and build a targeted sourcing plan\. We need a social savvy sourcer to support our aggressive hiring goals and share our high impact culture, core values, and passion for delivering incredible service to our customers with each and every candidate\.- Partner with client\-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need, build targeted sourcing plans and work with the hiring managers expectations along the way- Use professional network to source candidates for active requisitions- Source candidates from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Clearancejobs\.com, Monsterboard\.com, Careerbuilder\.com, social media, search engines:
Google Chrome, Google X\-ray, advanced Boolean searching strings and niche job boards- Use social networking mediums \(i\.e\., LinkedIn groups and other online forums\) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships- Track day\-to\-day sourcing activity in applicant tracking system Taleo\.- The ability to attract cleared talent to the company and have a knowledge base of security clearancesBasic Qualifications:
- 10 Years of experience with Bachelors; 8 Year of experience with Masters- Advanced Boolean search string skills- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to make cold calls to candidates who match a desired profile\.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with strong interpersonal skills\.- Demonstrated direct sourcing using extensive personal network and online resume mining with minimal reliance on job board postings- Social media savviness with extensive online networks and participation \(online forums, user groups, etc\.\)- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment\.Northrop Grumman Corporation is a leading global security company providing innovative systems, products, and solutions in unmanned systems, cybersecurity, C4ISR, and logistics and modernization to government and commercial customers worldwide\.Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce\.
