JOB DESCRIPTIONGreat opportunity for a experienced Health care Recruiter.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist develops, manages and implements recruitment strategies for a wide range of positions designed to attract and maintain a highly qualified, mission-driven workforce to promote the firm's mission and vision and achieve the organization's goals. Working closely with hiring managers and designated staff, the Talent Acquisition Specialist refines position descriptions and requirements to attract best-qualified candidates, manages staff requisitions, identifies sources for qualified candidates, implements recruitment plans, screens applicants, conducts reference checks, develops and extends offers, and assists with on boarding new hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also works with employees to identify appropriate career paths, and manages additional responsibilities related to temporary staffing, immigration, reporting, vendor contracting, and special projects as needed.
Education: Bachelors Degree is desired
Experience: At least 7 years recruitment experience in a similar HR department environment.
