_OPPORTUNITY_: Leadership role in the Global Talent Management COE! The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition champions the COE model in the Americas. Drive the recruitment strategy for the organization, partnering with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class staffing solutions. Full TA ownership, including executive recruitment. Opportunity to build out the college recruitment program. Educate and train hiring managers on the recruitment model. Track and measure relevant metrics. Manage a team of contract recruiters and partner with outside agencies.
_REQUIREMENTS_: BS/BA required. 8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including support of corporate, commercial and manufacturing organizations. Strong strategic capability. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Strong preference for candidates who have built or led an internal staffing program.
_REWARD_: $130-140k base salary plus 15% target bonus and excellent benefits package. No relocation!
