Large organization in the Orlando, FL area is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!!! This role will be paying up to 120k!
In this Talent Acquisitions Manager role, responsibilities will include overseeing the entire Talent Acquisition and hiring process, interacting with leaders and external sourcers to obtain high caliber talent and workforce planning. The specific job duties for the Talent Acquisition Manager will include building a hiring plan, developing recruiting metrics, creating events and programs to generate company awareness, partnering with business leaders to provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies, managing the new hire process, and directing the workforce planning strategy for the entire company. The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Manager role will have the above mentioned experience, along with a Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Development, etc., 10 years of Human Resources experience, 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, 5 years of HR Management experience and at least 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Planning.
