* Job Summary
*
* The Talent Resourcing Program Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights and interactive dashboards to our Talent Resourcing Leaders, HR partners, and business leaders\. Will also be responsible for setting the strategy for dissemination of metrics and analytics, creating monthly activity and performance dashboards and routine communication delivery for the Talent Resourcing organization\. Support Talent Resourcing Director on continuous improvement, change management and performance reporting activity\. Support Talent Resourcing Director in managing key projects / workstreams and report against progress and provide support to the delivery team on priorities and timescales in order to ensure that the agreed plan delivers to defined success parameters and any issues are appropriately addressed\. Support Talent Resourcing Director on organization planning and provide sufficient analysis as required\.*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*
* Support in running regional continuous improvement project groups Support on developing regional stakeholder management plan Support in delivery of Talent Resourcing, Communications, reporting, and analytics Support in delivery of the regional talent resourcing delivery and performance plans Analyse regional recruiting data and provide detailed recommendations and assumptions to the Director of Talent Resourcing Oversee Talent Resourcing Continuous Improvement projects to drive operational effectiveness Oversee relationships and analytics with our strategic TR partners including but not limited to LinkedIn, Glassdoor an Indeed Oversee relationships and analytics with recruitment marketing partners as appropriate*

* Support and co\-ordinate a set of multi\-year projects and / or activities that have common factor or dependency between them as a unit so that they deliver the required outcomes\. Responsible for program update and report as per agreed timeline and format\.*
* Organization planning

* Support on gathering function organization plan information Responsible on human capital efficiency analysis tailor to business need*

* Required Skills and knowledge
*
* Strong knowledge and delivery of program management processes, techniques and project methodology Sufficient stakeholder management skills such as cross\-function, cross\-corporate, including 3rd party suppliers Good business savvy and issue resolution skill Advanced monitoring, reporting and quality management skills Strong consulting and communication \(verbal, written & listening\) skills Conversant with the IHG approach to program and project management Used to challenging, where appropriate, at all levels, to ensure a clear view on the desired business outcome and a timely focus on the issues\. Broad knowledge in HR field \(talent management, C&B and talent resourcing\) Strong data mining skills*
* Qualifications and Experience
*
* A degree in Human Resources, Business or related field 8 years working experience with 3 years working in projects HR experience preferred*
