To this end, we are searching for a results oriented, continually learning Talent Program Analyst to help anchor and grow our talent programs, process design, and supporting analytics.
About the Role:
As Talent Program Analyst, you will support the Talent team and HR Business Partners in designing and measuring the effectiveness of our efforts around talent acquisition, training and development, associate engagement and retention. You ll be on the front end of new programs, ensuring measurement strategy is integrated into the program design. You will work within a team of HR and talent experts, informing the development and driving execution of our talent analytics and processes, and enabling data-driven decisions across the entire associate life cycle. You will actively partner with HR and business leaders to perform research and analyses on internal and external trends, providing insights that drive decisions and / or inform the creation and development of new programs that enable us to achieve our business outcomes and fulfill our mission of creating a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented culture. Specific areas of ownership include the creation, maintenance, and communication of a dashboard of talent metrics that will guide business leaders in making data driven decisions around talent, and program ownership for associate surveys and assessments. You will report to the VP of HR Talent and Business Partners, and reside within the Talent Management team.
You have a unique blend of skills that includes both data and metrics, and management and communication of programs
You understand the relationships between talent variables and typical associations with organizational challenges (e.g. performance, engagement, retention)
You have a passion for using HR data and metrics to uncover insights and the ability to tell stories with the data to influence business decisions
You are a strategic thinker with solid analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in the context of dashboard/metrics and data analysis, as well as consultative and persuasive skills
You are highly flexible, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving organization
You have a history of building strong collaborative relationships and influencing peers and stakeholders
You write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas and findings to non-experts
You maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism with sensitive information
Your Technical, Educational and Work Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or other related field.
Master s degree in related field (such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Data Science, etc.) preferred
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5 -7 years of related experience in analytical intensive roles within consulting, talent/HR, operational, or marketing environments, including:
o Metrics design, qualitative and quantitative data analysis
o Proven experience manipulating large sets of data and summarizing into metrics
o Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Understanding of and experience in research survey / assessment design
Experience with HR and talent management systems, workforce analytics packages and reporting platforms
Exposure to enterprise Business Intelligence packages
Occasional travel up to 10% of the time will be expected.
