* Talent Systems Administrator 4 provides configuration and maintenance support for Northrop Grumman's suite of Talent Management related applications ensuring operational viability and effective change control\. Functions supported include Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Succession\. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Collaborate with process owners and other Talent resources on configuration requirements+ Perform day\-to\-day administration of Talent related applications within multiple environments / instances \-\- configure system updates / upgrades, test, and implement changes via standard change control process in alignment with Talent Management Systems strategy and roadmap+ Formulate and present recommendations regarding functional and technical solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, or reduce operating expenses+ Execute application upgrades working with other Talent resources to execute based on defined roadmap+ Define and administer security access requirements for all Talent applications+ Maintain multiple systems integrations, updating as necessary to meet evolving business needs+ Work with Talent Solutions team to train users on changes / upgrades as necessary+ Provide necessary user support working with Service Center Operations to ensure users are able to appropriately access and leverage Talent systems; field and resolve user inquires; troubleshoot systems issues; work with IT Solutions and/or vendors to resolve issues+ Leverage performance metrics and end\-user adoption to monitor process performance and technical impacts / implications on performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure technical solutions meet business needsThe position requires that the individual enter into new, unfamiliar areas, and quickly assess performance, critical success factors, and proper course of action\. The incumbent must be able to maintain strong focus while performing multiple priorities and assignments within a fast\-paced, agile environment\.Preferred work location within the Northern Virginia / DC or Los Angeles, CA area but will consider other NG locations or virtual\.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience+ 10 years of experience within a related role+ Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Management related processes and supporting technologies+ Proven interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and consult with functional stakeholders, technical specialists, and leadership+ Extensive knowledge and hands\-on experience configuring, testing, and implementing applications to meet customer requirements+ Demonstrated experience administering change control for multiple applications within a highly flexible, ever\-changing environment+ Demonstrated ability to understand new information and its implications easily+ Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction and interact with all levels of management across the company+ Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate to both an executive audience and front\-line personnel+ Detail\-oriented with proven ability to handle ambiguity and create structure with minimal guidance+ Demonstrated ability to work in fast\-paced environment and deliver quality results under tight deadlines+ Proficiency with application software \(Microsoft Office Suite\), MS Project, and VISIO+ Minimal travel required as neededPreferred Qualifications:
