JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:- Prepare a variety of complex U.S. Federal and state tax returns.
- Assist with the preparation of the U.S. GAAP tax provision and prepare related tax accounting entries and account reconciliations.
- Regularly exercises independent judgment and builds relationships with other functional departments within the Company. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years' experience in related field.
Other Information:Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well-versed in developing working relationships with other functional areas. Strong Excel skills.
