Responsibilities:Conducts supervised research in matters directly affecting the company's tax liability. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliation's. Assist in administration and maintenance of Corp Tax and other tax software applications. Prepare documentation and maintain tax working paper files. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Advanced degree in taxation/law a plus. Must have excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills. One to two years work experience in U.S. Federal and/or International tax compliance and/or planning, preferably in a corporate tax department or large public accounting firm. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Advance skills with PC based applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, and MS Access.
