Tax Services Rep (Level 3) No Nights or Weekends!
Key Requirements andResponsibilities: Track delinquentproperty taxes for all active 21st Mortgage loans to ensure nohomes are lost to tax sale or foreclosure within assigned territory and/or other areas as may beassigned by management. Ensure all taxes are paid in a timely manner for customers on taxescrow within assigned territory and/or other areas as may be assigned by management. Updatesystem information to reflect accurate property tax data while issuing any applicablenotices while following policies and procedures for property tax payment. Participate in monthlyteam project as assigned by the Tax Services Manager. Work with both internal and externalcustomers regarding all aspects of property taxes and escrow accounts in general. NO Regularlate Nights and No Regular Week End Schedules.
Qualifications: Must have the ability to multitask, strongorganizational skills, and have a
Strong sense of urgency. Aworking knowledge of Excel is strongly preferred. Four-year degree preferred.
