TITLE: TeaLeaf Admin (Monitoring Exp.)
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
CLIENT : VIRTUSA
RATE: $75,000 TO $85,000 (MAX.)
SKILLS: TEALEAF, WEBTRENDS, HP QC, QTP, UNIX, NETWORKING KNOWLEDGE
At least 5 years' experience in implementing MONITORING and DATA ANALYTICS SYSTEMS
At least 3 years' experience with managing and implementing MONITORING projects in large scale enterprise environments
At least 3 years' experience with TECHNOLOGY EVALUATION, COMPARISON AND SELECTION
Demonstrates ACCOUNTABILITY, LEADERSHIP, INDEPENDENT INITIATIVES and WILLINGNESS to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and TIME-ZONES.
Flexible and able to manage time effectively.
Preferred experience in BANKING INDUSTRY
University degree or equivalent work experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field
5-7 years IT experience with TEALEAF, WEBTRENDS
5-7 years' experience with implementation of monitoring to measure web transactions and response times using tools like TEALEAF, WEBTRENDS, HP QC, QTP
3-5 experience writing shell scripts, database queries, generating capacity and performance reports.
Exposure to working with UNIX, WINDOWS AND LINUX in enterprise environments.
Basic Networking knowledge ( LOAD BALANCERS, NETWORK PROTOCOLS)
Certification in project Management or ITIL is preferred.
