Team Lead- Financial Accounting

Responsibility for Truck segment reporting, statutory reporting, Dealerships, and/or Financial Services. Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP. Participate in the month-end close, prepare and review journal entries, and prepare and review various month-end schedules. Analyze the financial results of the company and explain material variances. Prepare and review account reconciliaitons, identify and propose improvements to processes. Provide support to senior management, Corporate Finance, and consolidations. Assist in section 404 internal control requirements and testing. Participate in and provide support to external auditors for quarterly reviews, year-end audits and section 404 internal control audits. Leadership responsibility for team of 2-4 (both Sr. and Staff Accountant levels) including staffing, job and process design, workflow management, performance management, coaching, development, and training.
