High end call center is in need of a Team Lead to manage and oversee their customer service department.
Your duties will be to manage the day-to-day planning, operation, and problem solving so that the team meets its required level of service and production.
You will also be required to monitor schedule adherence, assign and direct work, appraise and motivate performance and effectively communicate corporate and business expectations to all team members.
