JOB DESCRIPTION*TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE IN TELECOMMUNICATION DOMAIN
*EXPERIENCE OF WINDOWS DESKTOP OR SERVER SUPPORT
*A background within the telecommunications or technology industry
*Experience of communications products would be an advantage
*MUST ASSIST CUSTOMERS OVER PHONE OR VIA E-MAIL OR VIA REMOTE
ADDITIONALLY, AS A TECH SPECIALIST YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND BILINGUALCOMMUNICATION SKILLS LIKE SPANISH OR ARABIC OR CHINESE with the ability to deal with complex problems and customer queries over the phone.
Quick rapport building skills and a confident attitude are key, as is the ability to manage your own time and workload.
