Natera is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Applications Scientist to join the technology transfer team and contribute to Natera s rapid growth by supporting implementation of Natera s products in prenatal health and cancer in clinical laboratories worldwide.
Triage, monitor and follow up on customer communications using internal and customer relationship management database systems.
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to research and clinical partners located worldwide; assist partners remotely or on-site as needed; respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Identify critical issues related to the Natera s technologies and implement effective solutions.
Become an expert on Natera s technologies and products.
Generate technical documentation, training materials and reports.
Train new members of the Technical Applications team.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams (e.g., sales, business development, R&D) and external partners and collaborators.
Comply with company quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
