JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Job Description
Responsibilities: Operate, maintain and troubleshoot multiple laboratory instruments. Order supplies and maintain instrument Preventive Maintenance schedule, interface with other departments. Evaluate assayed runs for Quality Control acceptability. Enter results into Laboratory Information Management systems (LIMS) as required.

Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills required. Ability to follow procedure and work in a quick paced, detailed oriented environment. Good problem solving skills needed. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment required. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems required
Experience: Two to four years experience with clinical or manufacturing laboratory instrumentation and the reviewing of Quality Control data for acceptability per procedures. Knowledgeable in the use of a Laboratory Information Management System. Experience in a hospital, reference or STAT laboratory and LIMS a plus.
Education: AA or higher in Science field or Equivalent Experience Certification in Medical Technology a plus
