Responsibilities:Identifies and specifies business requirements, resources and processes for a sub-system or major system modification. Uses advanced analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline business processes. Conducts business requirements reviews and independently formulates logical statements of business requirements. Creates prototype designs for medium-risk projects. Creates detailed testing scripts based on functional requirementsExecutes test scripts using testing tools. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent training and experience; Graduate degree preferred. 3-6 years experience in related field. Other Information:- Work in a mature AGILE / SCRUM development environment
- Work with business leads and developers to secure accurate IT estimations on high level requirements
- Work with business leads to identify and document detailed application requirements (i.e. User Stories)
- Work with business leads to map business processes end to end
- Work with business leads and developers to establish and document application/solution designs
- Use advanced analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline business processes
- Design/develop process improvements with the business usage of customer data
- Work with project managers and developers to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
- Manage relationships directly with the business and facilitate agreements on work prioritization
- Manage and execute functional testing on newly developed features
- Help developers organize, manage and drive down production issues and small enhancement requests
- Act as liaison between business and technical resources, translating business terms and technical terms for each group, facilitating comprehensive communications- Degree in Business, MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in related field
- Experience with AGILE / SCRUM Methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of technical systems
- Ability to coordinate relationships directly with the business
- Ability to drive assigned tasks to completion
- Ability to work with technical resources using technical terms
- Strong desire to apply technology and process to solve business problems

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with Contract Sales and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM), especially
