Immediate need for technical customer service professional.
This is a fast-paced, challenging role where you will work with professionals around the world to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This service company is seeking individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Take inbound customer calls and email inquiries, analyze the problem, research solutions and provide quantitative answers easily understood by customers
? Provide customers with professional explanations across various platforms: web, email, and telephone communication
? Provide customers user friendly explanations and follow up, via email, and telephone communication
? Handle difficult situations in a professional manner
? Document issues appropriately based on existing guidelines
? Escalate extreme cases to escalation team or management, as necessary
? Training of customers via phone conversation and referral to the online help
? Develop technical solutions to be posted to both internal and external knowledge base


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor?s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
? 3-5 years? experience in a call center environment
? 2-4 years? experience resolving complex product issues, security software products preferred
? Technical proficiency in: Windows, desktop applications, networking, security, or web applications
? Excellent customer service skills addressing the needs of both external & internal customer with strong communication and process skills
? Basic grammar skills, a stellar attitude, and ability to work with diverse personalities required
