Technical Field Sales Executive
Superior Group is hiring Field Sales professionals for our customer, a global leader in the manufacture of advanced sensors. You will be hired to A World-class REGIONAL sales team to execute results through bottom line driven sales activities. This direct hire opportunity will work from the field office when not on the road (50% travel) and will be part of real team approach working closely with not only your sales peers but also engineering and strategic management personnel. Essential responsibilities will involve:
Drives sales for customers and prospects through development and execution of the sales plan and the use of an exceptional sales tool box including CRM, sales dashboard, internal technical expertise and marketing support.
Initiates and provides sales support for the customer base through scheduled meetings and phone and email correspondence.
Close and amend contracts and blanket purchase orders.
Attends training in company sales procedures and general piezoelectric principles.
Provides quotations for products and service in accordance with pricing and delivery policy.
Assists Product Groups with follow up activities.
Provides feedback to Product Manager, Regional Manager, and/or National Sales Manager. Schedules visits with customers in assigned territory.
Performs demonstrations of equipment and trains customers on the proper use of equipment.
Provides critical liaison between customers and factory by communicating customer inputs to support Marketing and Engineering efforts.
Develops forecast and sales plan for assigned territory.
Attends and participates sales conferences, trade shows and local conferences in assigned territory and other areas where needed.
Responds accordingly to a wide range of customer inquiries on product availability, N/C samples, delivery, repair/service, account status, literature requests.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a four year technical degree
Two years of outside technical sales experience utilizing a CRM and other prospecting tools as well as working closely with Marketing and Application Engineering associates to quote and drive sales process through close of deal
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Technical Sales experience strongly preferred
