JOB DESCRIPTIONMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage requests from Inside Sales prospects Troubleshoot via phone or email when needed.
* Attend corporate training necessary to keep technical, customer, and other skills current
* Attend non-corporate training as directed
* Attain appropriate Check Point and other (as needed) certifications.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Flexibility in employee scheduling
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills.
* Two-yeardegree or equivalent software industry experience.
* A strong background (2+ yr.) in Unix Operating systems (Solaris, AIX, HP/UX) OR Windows NT
* A strong background (2+ yr.) in TCP/IP networking.
* Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a technical team-oriented environment.
* Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, good customer diplomacy skills and problem ownership.
