Federal government contracting experience is required. br br Responsibilities and Duties: /span br ul
li Team leadership, responsibility for deliverables and all aspects of the project over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close, continuous improvement) /li li Conduct regular meetings with team members, management and government executives delivering clear and concise project status and technical schedules using the IBM Rational Tool Suite, SharePoint and other productivity tools /li li Assign and review all startup and planning documentation /li li Assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources as needed, and develop a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project /li li Develop and manage project schedules in Microsoft Project /li li Provide estimates for work proposals /li li Manage estimates as presented to supervisor and senior level management /li li Manage the scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual project tasks /li li Effectively communicate with government officials of all levels /li li Attend Customer Communication meetings and provide project status updates /li li Monitor team dynamics and team accountability related to delivery commitments /li li Assign project tasks and coordinate resources, including the review of individual issues and concerns and resolving or escalating such issues as needed /li li Manage (e.g., tracking, updating, reviewing) the dashboard and reports /li li Establish and enforce the use of the project's Change Control process and /li li the use of the project's Communication Plan /li li Mange projects from original concept through final implementation using the waterfall or Agile methodologies /li /ul
