JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Growing and innovative communication service company looking for enthusiastic and dependable IT Support Member! The ideal candidate is adaptable, ready for challenges and willing to make a difference in the work place.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming telephone calls for customer support
- Respond to incoming email requests for customer support
- Manage support tickets in internal ticket system
- Provision service for email and dialup customers
- Work as part of the team to achieve daily and monthly performance goals answering calls and completing trouble tickets
- Other duties as assigned
- College-level education
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Previous experience providing customer support
- A passionate problem solving attitude
