Job Description
The WWTS Analyst takes a position in the LDP program. Roles and responsibilities for each rotation will be established at the start of each rotation. As the Analyst progresses through each rotation, the team member will be provided the opportunity to demonstrate a mastery of technical, behavioral, and functional skill sets in each area. Rotations are not designed for LDP participants to perform ongoing substantive work in each area, but instead designed to allow the LDP participant to understand the skills required of each position, so the participant has an overall understanding of WWTS. This will serve to foster strategic thinking and allow the participant to demonstrate leadership potential. The rotation opportunities may include:
- Product technical support
- Supporting product experts to drive product improvements
- Developing tools for automation, data quality or process efficiencies
- Building reports, dashboards and scorecards
- Defining and implementing process improvements
- Establishing best practices/methodologies; providing training
- Project and portfolio management
- Data analysis/recommendations
- Product launch planning and readiness support
- Analysis and industry benchmarking of support offerings
