JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
JOB LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS / CONTRACT TO HIRE / DIRECT HIRE
The client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join its team! This individual will provide technical assistance to users in person, over the phone and via email.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HELP DESK ANALYST INCLUDE:
* Provide assistance to users in need of hardware/software support
* Support client's web Applications as needed
* Monitor ticket queues
* Assign tickets to internal and external support staff
* Escalate tickets outside of the department as needed
* 3+ years of professional support experience
* Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
* Experience utilizing the Remedy ticketing system
* Experience utilizing Forefront Identity manager
* Experience with remote log in/VPN
* Professional Certification such as A+, Network+ or Windows highly preferred
