JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION DESCRIPTION:
* Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
* Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
* Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
* Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
* May require an associate's degree and 5+ years of experience
* Maintain and create documentation of IT processes
* Knowledge and understanding of BASIS.ed organization
* Attention to detail and strong organization and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Analytical with strong problem solving skills
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written or verbal form
