Agilent is looking for dynamic people with technical degrees (Engineering, Physics, and Chemistry) to work in our Customer Contact Center. We are looking for grads with technical degrees who also can do inside sales.

This position is in our Lexington Contact Center where we answer technical questions about vacuum (not your mom's Hoover), provide quotes, and sell vacuum pumps, valves, hardware, and systems to a wide array of customers. Think Fermi National Accelerator, not wet vac.

Successful candidates have a technical background (Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry), a willingness to learn, a profound desire to help customers and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas effectively. This job is a blend of technical support and inside sales. Looking for a technical person who enjoys talking with other technical people and learning about new applications and helping to find solutions.

The Contact Center operates as a small cohesive team that is responsible for assisting customers throughout the Americas. Integrating into this team is critical to success. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a commitment to serve our customers is a must.
