JOB DESCRIPTIONDallas' premiere leading global software provider has an immediate need for technical support customer service representatives!

The main duties of this position include providing technical support to end users by researching and answering questions. Troubleshooting problems while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. i.e. resolving user name and password problems, basic software applications, navigating menus and troubleshooting via email, phone, remote support. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers.
Two+ years call center experience
Two+ years technical support/help desk experience
Adaptable - ability to quickly learn new technologies as required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
