A well-known Telecommunications company has an immediate need for a Technical Support Specialist. The successful incumbent should have at least 2+ years working experience in this capacity. Daily duties include but not limited to: Configuring aggregate devices, routers, and equipment that carries video, data, and/or telephony traffic. Plan daily route, requisitions equipment and supplies and stocks vehicle. Perform basic functional testing of equipment to eliminate equipment failures. Work with customers on integrating of complex circuits. Tests and verifies services in conjunction with the install team. A valid Driver's License required. Must have great communication skills to work effectively with different teams.
