span We are looking for qualified Technical Support Guru to join our amazing team! br   br This position is a key resource for technical support, provided over the phone and email, of our clients key project areas . Supported audience includes: Client customers, Client Sales professionals, and field/sales employees.   br   br Experience in Role: 1-3 years br • Provide front line support for the field regarding Mapping br • Assess and triage, escalating issues beyond experience/knowledge level br • Provide clear and accurate documentation for any contact with the field br   br Beneficial: Experience living or working in an agriculture environment, either on a farm, or in a support role, is also very strongly desired. br   br Some Key things we look for in qualified candidates: br ul
li Customer service, customer service, customer service! /li li Communication skills and being personable over the phone are almost as important as the technical skills /li li Showing patience and empathy to incoming callers is super important. /li li Will be taking software application questions from seed reps, other employees and most importantly, the end users /li li Will have lots of incoming calls about how to create an account, link it to their ID, and helping to troubleshoot portable devices. /li li Our Team wear jeans everyday, laid back, collaborative work environment /li /ul
