Job Description

We have an immediate need for an All-Source Technical Targeting Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high profile government/contractor team working to solve one of the Nation's most challenging intelligence problems.

Responsibilities:

You will apply All-Source and Technical Targeting Analysis methodologies against a wide range of intelligence problems set as part of the analysis team; developing and presenting analysis findings as formal deliverables; contributing, leveraging and applying non-traditional analytic solutions against difficult problems; leveraging existing contacts within the Intelligence Community and closely collaborating with customers and interagency elements.

Requirements:

-Must possess an Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

-2+ years of experience with the Intelligence Community

-Telecommunications experience

-Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, including the ability to think tactically, to work several tasks and to develop recommendations.

-All-Source Technical Targeting Analysis -to include detailed link analysis experience

-Familiarity with issues involved in intelligence tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis and dissemination.

-Formal writing and presenting formal briefings.

-Comfortable with dynamic tasking environment and changing priorities.

-Application of Analytic Methods against a variety of intelligence issues.

-Experience using Analytic Tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palintir.

-Ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data and information, and work several tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision.

-Knowledge of current and emerging intelligence issues.

-Writing, preparing and presenting formal briefings.

-Comfortable with dynamic tasking environment and changing priorities.

-Excellent organization and communication skills.

-Self starter and team player.

-Excellent personal interaction skills

Experience Required

-Bachelor?s Degree in related field with at least 2 years of proven performance as a Technical Targeting Analyst.

-Experience with at least 2 agencies (including military) within the Intelligence Community

-Demonstrated performance in two or more of the following: Boolean logic search engines; social network analysis, data science and analysis, telecommunications targeting, operational cables.

-Experience in at least three (3) ?INT disciplines

-Demonstrated experience working in close collaboration with customers and interagency elements
