We have an immediate need for a Technical Writer

Job Description:

Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, writing and editing operational, software, maintenance, test procedures and/ or manuals. May research, develop, and document technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts. May participate in the user interface design. May produce electronic documentation such as CDs and online user help tools. May acquire and organize source material, including applicable specifications and technical write-ups. Education: 4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience Experience: 6+ years experience in technical writing Knowledge/Skills: In-depth knowledge of technical writing in a systems environment. Excellent ability to write in explanatory, procedural and creative styles and for multiple audiences. Very strong oral and written communication skills required. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.

Experience with tools for creating diagrams, flow charts etc
Experience with understand IT Quality terminology
Experience with Sharepoint is strong perference
Experience with graphic design
