The Technology Account Manager serves as a liaison between the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and one or more agencies.
The Technology Account Manager ensures that operations are running smoothly, provides expertise on technical services, assist agencies with information technology (IT) planning and management of their IT budget, and responds to requests for service support and billing question under the direction of the OCIO Agency Services Division Administrator.
The Technology Account Manager is focused on ensuring that the OCIO and its service partners understand and meet agency expectations and needs.
Customer Relationship Manager/Liaison
Responsible for all aspects of an agency's relationship with the OCIO. Works closely with a Department Director and their leadership team to ensure that each agency receives the highest standard of service.
Responsible for making sure all IT operations run efficiently and that agencies recognize a return on their investment.
Ensure that agencies have an advisor, partner, representative, and advocate that understands their needs.
Provide OCIO executive leadership team with status on overall performance of IT services and alignment with agency expectations
