JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary of Role

Puppet is seeking an outstanding Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing demand generation team. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Partner Teams to execute and scale partner-driven lead generation programs that result in pipeline creation and new customer acquisitions.

Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

* Owning and executing partner marketing programs and integrated campaigns

* Acting as a point person between marketing and our partner ecosystem to drive program awareness and participation.

* Continuous improvement and tracking of inbound and outbound campaigns to increase demand and conversion of qualified opportunities.

* Collaborating with our partner team to uncover and execute unique partner marketing opportunities.

* Building and promoting self-service marketing programs for partners to leverage in their go to market motions.

* Developing partner education and enablement programs and strategies to ensure the likelihood of mindshare and quality lead flow for Puppet.

* Maintaining an ongoing inventory of all the existing content and enablement tools for partners, and continuously probe and prioritize for new, effective tooling.

* Owning the partner go-to market program and messaging alignment with Corporate Marketing.

Qualifications

* 7-10 years partner marketing experience, preferably in the technology/software industry.

* 5+ years of lead generation experience, including inbound and outbound marketing with demonstrated revenue growth

* Proven experience developing and joint marketing plans and aligning to corporate and partner strategy.

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent.

* Solid understanding of best practices around digital, email and event marketing; hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.

* A self-starter who demonstrates a high sense of ownership, demonstrating initiative and proficiency at problem-solving. Thinks ahead of problems and acts proactively.

* Marketing savviness to judge alignment, impact, and appropriateness of proposed campaigns/programs.

* Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with proven project management abilities.

* Excellent written and verbal skills. Understands the leverage of simple, clearly written plans and communications.

* Strong collaboration and negotiation skills. Demonstrated experience successfully growing partner relationships

* Requires up to 25% travel.
