span Job Title: Telecom Analyst 3, East Syracuse, NY br   br Our client, a very successful healthcare service provider in the East Syracuse, NY area is seeking a Telecom Analyst 3 to join their team. br In this role you will provide technical proficiency in call center functions, telecommunications, and overall end user support for contact center needs. br Experience with Avaya Aura Contact Center systems a requirement. br   br Responsibilities: br • Oversight of Avaya Aura/8700 ecosystem, Including Avaya CM, MMS, MAS, AES and CMS, Session Manager and System Manager. br • Knowledge of SIP and its implementation on the Avaya platform. br • Configuration and administration of VDN/Vectors/Skill sets for Avaya ACD system for a call center. br • Working with internal business units to gather requirements and configure call routing. br • Meets with Managers and users to assess current systems, determine telecommunication needs, and offer available options. br • Coordinates effort with vendors to maintain, repair, and recommend system improvements. br • Assists in network monitoring and maintenance of the Telecommunications network. br • Works assigned action items which include monitoring, reporting progress, and end user support for telecom issues to meet published SLA’s. br • Provides direction and support for necessary modifications to the voice network and equipment as needed. br • Ensures Change Management procedures are followed, and assists in the development and maintenance of user documentation and guidelines. br • Liaises with Network Engineering team to ensure system stability and overall health of the voice and data network. br   br Minimum Education and Experience br   br • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 6 years of relevant experience supporting Telecom systems with a large company’s call center/contact center. br • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail and follow-up. br • Knowledge of Avaya Aura platform br • Avaya Certifications a plus br   br Our client offers relocation assistance for candidates who qualify. br They offer great benefits and competitive salary. br   br Apply today for this great opportunity or call 315-233-4067 for more  information br   br /span
