JOB DESCRIPTIONOUTSTANDING Opportunity! Join our growing and talented team of National Call Center Representatives! We are building a large new team! Now hiring Representatives to contact our new and current customers, through warm leads and via phone, to effectively communicate important State and Federal regulation changes. Are you motivated to make money We are looking for those who are driven and self-motivated to introduce new products to drive sales; up-sell and cross sell revenue opportunity!
Who should apply Those with proven sales experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Sales, Inside Sales, Outbound Call Center environment, "one call close", Appointment Setters or Lead Generators; Collections, Direct Sales, Retention/Renewal sales or similar in nature are very successful in this professional environment.
Set schedule (Monday to Friday6 am - 2:30 PM), B2B, warm leads (no cold calling), weekly hourly base, monthly uncapped commission, quarterly bonus, paid training, growth opportunities, and health benefits- medical, dental, vision.
REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
1. Sell and close transactions - 'ONE CALL CLOSE'
2. Handle and overcome sales objections
3. Ability to speak to business owners
4. Work with multiple screens
5. Multitask and Self Driven
6. Commission driven
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. High School education required
