P Provides each customer with exceptional service through counter based transactions reinforcing the Webster brand. Makes positive contributions to achievement of sales and service goals through cross-sell opportunities and customer referrals to sales while demonstrating operational excellent. /P

LI Actively develop new customer relationships through telemarketing and other outreach efforts.
LI Promote alternative delivery of services and other marketing initiatives as required.
LI Utilize internal business partners to strengthen existing customer relationships and target new prospects.
LI Proactively profile customer needs and match our products features & benefits to those needs.
LI Take ownership of the customer experience.
LI Participate in branch/market team meetings and sales events as scheduled.
LI Actively retain customers: inquire about large withdrawals and customer dissatisfaction. /LI /UL

LI Process customer transactions and respond to product and service inquiries in a responsible, timely and accurate manner.
LI Maintain Compliance standards by ensuring timely completion CTRs, STMs and MIRs Perform branch operations as determined by policy and procedure.
LI Perform branch settlement, service and settlement of ATM, ordering supplies and mail processing and completion of the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly checklists as assigned.
LI Comply with Federal and State regulations as well as Webster Bank policies and procedures.
LI Support the meeting/exceeding of branch evaluation requirements.
LI Assist with the compliance of all aspects of the Leadership Scorecard. BR /LI /UL
