Teller Supervisor

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Teller Supervisor to join our Retail Banking team in Bedford. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching the teller staff to meet and exceed sales and services objectives. You will ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures, maintain control of the vault, and perform teller duties as needed. You will also participate in sales meetings, balance the banking center on a daily basis, create various banking reports, and assist with the opening and closing of the banking center. Additionally, you will assist the staff with difficult customer transactions and actively participate in community events as required.Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma and a minimum of one to three years' of teller experience to include at least three years' supervisory experience managing a teller line or other customer service related field. Strong knowledge of and the ability to sell bank products and services are critical. Thorough knowledge of Bank policies and procedures is a necessity. The abilities to lead and motivate, make qualified 'real time' decisions and work independently are essential. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The ability to travel among banking centers is required.
