li Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing/scanning/faxing/ /li /ul
copying to management br ul
li Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system /li li Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence /li li Perform data entry /li li Answer multi line phone system /li li Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails /li /ul
br Requirements for Administrative Assistant: br ul
li A high school diploma or its equivalent /li li At least two years of previous experience in an administrative assistant role /li li Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook /li /ul
