span Do you have prior experience with Billing and Excel savvy? Are you passionate when it comes to working within the accounting environment? If so, we want YOU! As a Billing Clerk your position requires you to be accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files.  This is a temporary position (3-6 months) and looking to start immediately, but offers dynamic work environment and an opportunity to gain great knowledge within accounting. br   br B Billing Clerk Job Duties /B : br • Communicating with customers thoroughly to work through any discrepancies br • Issue monthly customer statements br • Preparing invoices and sending them to customers br • Processing credit memos regularly br • Process charge backs when necessary br • Keeping all customer information up to date br   br B Qualifications /B : br • 2+ Years’ experience in Billing within manufacturing or distribution br • Proficient/Advance in Excel br • Strong attention to detail and exceptional data entry skills br • Superior organizational skills and ability to multi task br • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal br • Ability to work autonomously br   br If you are interested in this temporary position as a Billing Clerk position, please click "apply" today, and submit your resume for immediate consideration.
