JOB DESCRIPTIONGraphic Design position in Marketing
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working in close partnership with a Marketing Specialist, the Graphic Designer role will primarily support three Lifestyle studios which provide design for Retail, Hospitality, and F&B clients, as well as offering Brand Design services across industries.
Our focus is on visual storytelling to create compelling pitches which win work. The aesthetic of our deliverables can range from clean, simple brand standard to a sophisticated editorial look, and we are looking for someone who is excited about exploring multiple styles and who will bring great ideas to the table and also enjoy working with our leadership to translate their ideas to the page. Marketing tends to be a fast-paced endeavor at Gensler, and can often require very quick turnarounds.
Degree in graphic design
Advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Demonstrated skill in visual storytelling and the ability to create a narrative through a long document
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
Strong client service skills
Experience with a marketing team and/or in an architectural design firm is a plus
