li Entering a high volume of data, with speed and accuracy /li li Confirming customer’s orders /li li Order tracking /li li Handle customer inquiries/requests. /li li Coordinating delivery schedules /li li General office support such as; filing, scanning, faxing and answering phones /li /ul
B   /B br B Qualification: /B br ul
li 2+ consecutive years in Order Entry/Customer Service, within manufacture or distribution /li li Bilingual in Spanish/English is a Plus /li li Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel /li li Excellent communication and presentation skills /li li Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively /li /ul
