Job Description
Quad/Graphics is seeking a temporary resource to assist with HR projects within the corporate Talent Acquisition Team! In this temporary role, you will work hands on to drive multiple projects to support our shared services HR goals at the corporate headquarters. These projects could include recruitment process refinement and automation, applicant tracking, affirmative action and the development of contingent, seasonal and part time labor programs. The position requires the ability to create, plan, implement and administer programs and processes including the creation of SOPs. The successful candidate will have experience working as a project leader, trusted business advisor, change agent and consultative HR process subject matter expert. Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
A minimum of five years of Human Resources experience preferably as a Human Resources Generalist.
Proven Project Management skills, including the ability to develop project plans and timelines.
Previous experience creating Affirmative Action plans.
Leadership skills, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels internally.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to generate creative new ideas and assess their feasibility.
Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Demonstrated consultative, interpersonal and project management skills.
Proven ability to produce quality work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Microsoft Access experience highly desired.
